This Privacy Policy explains how Elveysys Technologies ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use InvoicePro, our invoicing and accounting service.
Account data: name, email address, country, phone number and password (stored hashed).
Company data: business name, address, VAT/TRN, logo and bank details you add to your documents.
Business records: customers, suppliers, products, invoices, quotations, payments and other content you enter. You are the controller of this data; we process it on your behalf.
Usage and device data: login activity, IP address, browser type, pages visited and session activity, used for security and audit purposes.
Free tools: when you use our free invoice generator without an account we record your IP address, approximate country, browser type, the document type and the time, to prevent abuse and apply the free-use limit. We do not store the contents of invoices created with this tool.
To provide, maintain and improve the service, including generating documents, VAT reports and e-invoices.
To send transactional messages such as one-time verification codes, and invoices or quotations you choose to send by email or WhatsApp.
To secure accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep an audit trail of changes.
To comply with legal obligations and respond to support requests.
We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and with your consent where required.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
• Service providers that help us run InvoicePro (hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp Business messaging, and the AI assistant provider if you use that feature), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights.
• Recipients you choose, such as customers you send an invoice link to.
We keep your data while your account is active. Financial records may be retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. You may request deletion of your account; data we are legally required to keep is retained until that period ends.
We use access controls, encrypted connections, hashed passwords, role-based permissions, rate limiting and audit logs. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and protect your login details.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where this happens we use appropriate safeguards to protect it.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
